Bullying and Harassment Training
This training program will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent and respond to bullying and harassment in the workplace. It will cover relevant legislation (WHS/OHS laws, the Sex Discrimination Act and the Fair Work Act) and explore various forms of bullying and harassment, including direct and indirect discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying.
Learning Outcomes include:
- Definition of bullying and harassment and identify different types of workplace discrimination.
- Understand legal obligations and responsibilities under Australian anti-discrimination and workplace health and safety laws.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to incidents of bullying and harassment.
- Develop and implement strategies for preventing bullying and harassment in the workplace.
- Communicate effectively and resolve workplace conflicts constructively.
- Contribute to the creation of a more inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
COURSE DURATION
Half Day Course
All courses (with the exception of WorkSafe approved courses) can be customised according to the specific requirements and objectives of your organisation, and can be delivered by our experienced and dynamic trainers either in person or online via Zoom.
All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
